Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller located in the heart of Lisbon. In this role, the Financial Controller will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and manage accounting processes. The individual will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. Other duties include supervising financial operations, performing reconciliations, and ensuring effective financial controls across the organization.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to interpret financial data effectively.
• Solid knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience no less than 3 years in financial planning, accountancy or similar roles is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
