Senior Interior Designer
Andrez Andrez Interiors is a fast-growing interior architecture and design company, based in Quinta do Lago and Lisbon, operating in several sectors like residential, hotels and commercial, having its core business on residential.
As a Senior Interior Designer/ Architect, we look for a high quality portfolio relaying mainly on residential and hospitality projects. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional design, coordination, leadership, independence and communication skills with special attention to details.

Your role:
• Design, manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Take responsibility for the leading a project, in communication with the other team members
• Coordinate projects with other tasks, if needed
• Client, contractor,consultant and suppliers communication
• Lead on all client presentations
• Lead on the production and completion of documentation for all design stages
Yourskills:
• A minimum of 7-10years experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines on a daily basis
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Spoken and written fluency in English/Portuguese, other languages are a plus
• AutoCAD and Adobe Suite (mainly Ai Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop), and 3D modelling (Sketchup). Knowledge in BIM(Revit) is a plus
• Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and codes is a plus
