Commercial & Sales Assistant – Porto
Base Salary + Commissions

The Role:
You will operate at the forefront of the luxury market, supporting our Senior Consultants in process management and building relationships with both national and international clients. This role offers direct exposure to high-value transactions with a total focus on service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial support in buying and selling processes;
Follow-up and management of buyer and seller leads;
Management of schedules, viewings, follow-ups, and the sales pipeline;
Preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial materials;
Support to Senior Consultants throughout the transactions;
Liaising with clients, partners, and the internal team;
Administrative and operational support for the Porto office.
Candidate Profile:
Experience in commercial, sales, or sales support roles (Real Estate experience is a plus);
Strong focus on clients and results;
Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills;
Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment;
High energy, a positive attitude, and a genuine appetite for growth.
Requirements:
Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
Polished professional image and presence;
Interest in the premium real estate sector and high-end positioning brands;
Must reside in Porto or the surrounding area.
