SmartWiFi is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing global team!
About Us
SmartWiFi is a US-based SaaS company, founded in 2017, that offers an AI-powered guest WiFi platform, transforming public WiFi into a smart marketing tool. We help cafes, restaurants, hotels, retail stores, and other hospitality businesses worldwide create branded and secure guest access, while collecting customer data, running AI-driven automated campaigns (ChatGPT-powered email/SMS), tracking loyalty, and driving reviews and repeat visits.
Position: Sales Representative
• Work Schedule: Part-time, 25 hours per week (flexible hours)
• Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and contacting potential clients in the HORECA, retail, and hospitality sectors (cafes, restaurants, hotels, shops)
• Conducting product demonstrations and consultations via video calls and in person
• Closing deals and integrating new business into the SmartWiFi platform
• Building and maintaining relationships to drive recurring business and referrals
• Achieving monthly sales targets with the support of marketing materials and our easy-to-demonstrate platform
• Traveling to various regions to promote, prospect, and maintain relationships with clients
Requirements:
• Sales experience (preferably B2B, especially in SaaS, marketing technology, hospitality technology, or WiFi solutions) is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (Ukrainian and English; additional languages are an advantage)
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with remote work
• Basic technology knowledge to confidently demonstrate our platform
• Access to a phone, Reliable computer and internet connection required.
Compensation:
• Base earnings: 1,000 — 1,300 Euro per month (depending on experience and performance)
• Unlimited bonuses and commissions on closed deals — top performers earn significantly more!
